Fast service

Appointment scheduling, service & testing are fast. I was seen right away. Waiting area was clean & seating area were all space to allow safe distancing during this pandemic. All my questions were answered professionally by everyone according to their knowledge, skill level or position. Thsnk you all for yoyr service as Heroes at the frontline of this pandemic.

They were all very nice. I had forgotten my mask and one was provided the moment I walked in.

The wait time. I was walk in. I was told 1 patient ahead of me. After waiting over an hour in my car, I called to find out my status, I was now told there were 3 patients ahead of me??? Made to sense to me but the staff stated it was because other patients had scheduled appointments. Had I known the wait was going to be “over 3 hours long” by the time I was seen, I would have also made an appointment. I feel the staff misinformed me on my wait time and it made me upset.

quickly accessible online to make appointment, directions, check in procedures, etc. Very clean and new facility. Friendly and professional staff. Only negative is long wait for the PA to see me. But I will definitely recommend. Thank you for your care.

Convenient location, association with Baptist Health, extended hours/days open, saves having to go to an emergency room and much cheaper. There is adequate medical care for simple issues and serves as bridge care until can get to regular doctor.
