The front staff was professional and efficient. The check in process was easy. Jenna Meng addressed my symptoms, prescribed meds, and gave me printed information for exercises I can do at home for vertigo, which has never happened with other doctors. She is fantastic!

1. Someone picked up the phone. 2. The customer service was outstanding from who picked up the phone to walking in to the nurse and the dr 3. how fast they made a same day appointment 4. How sweet they were to my son while taking care of me 5. How clean it was 6. How close the office was to my house 7. Everyone followed through with there promise 8. The wait was reasonable not 5 hours or anything 9. How kind and respectful everyone was in a time like this 10. I love care spot
