Courteous front deck good tech and follow up practioner

It took over an hour after my appt to get a COVID test. I was scheduled for 1 pm and wasn’t even seen the first time until almost 2 pm.

The practitioner was fine but the office was not as nice as another care spot I’ve visited. Needs an update. The assistant was grumpy & shared personal views of political matters.

It’s so convenient to schedule an appointment online and everyone there in the Los Alamitos Clinic are so nice!

Wait was ridiculous for just an xray. Waiting room has a TV you can hear but not see. The online registration and paper registration was annoyingly similar.Im a nurse I know what everybody job in that building . I could see i was waiting for no reason.It was my idea to send the order there. I regretted it.Wont ever visit again by choice. Getting the order results was easy I did appreciate that.

Very accommodating, sterile environment, Dr. answer questions concerning issues a visit. Staff very polite Practice safe distance as well as provided protection to patient with sanitizing solution mass and observe wiping the door after every patient exit and entrance

The medical and all other staff are always friendly and helpful. No matter what the problem is, they try to figure it out. When I’m sick, I always need a doctors note, because of the kind of company I work for, and usually my PCP’s office is not available in a timely manner, but MedPost is and the P A’s there have been accommodating in providing the notes when I need them. Thank you so much for your help, MedPost Cypress!

The doctor knew what I had after speaking with me for a couple of mins. Resolved my problem within minutes.

The person who impressed me was Fabiano, from the moment I called to make the appointment , and you heard this peaceful voice, trying to accommodate your needs, to the moment you enter the facility and he greet you very warm and very polite explain every single step to follow from putting hand sanitizer to filling up the registration on the iPad, I would recomend the facility just because of him and the male doctor, unfortunately I didn’t feel the warmth on the female stuff, take this as a constructive criticism, but this 2 people make me recommend this place to my friends.
