I was seen promptly. Everyone was courteous. With my writing hand injured, the young lady helped me with the information needed to be entered into the tablet for registration. The PA sutured the wound, and gave me verbal follow up instruction. Then I was also given an instruction sheet. I was also given care supplies to take home.

Doctor was very professional in his demeanor, soft spoken and explained what he was going to do which prepared me for the procedure. Availability of needed service and short wait times.

I have always been pleased with the service from nurse practitioners or MD’s. Especially your PA or nurse practitioner (moldes). Yesterday however, your nurse practitioner was very rude she has one of the worst bedside manners I’ve ever seen. I have worked In the hospital setting for 12 years. Let me say that when “upper” medical practitioners such as PA’s, MD’s Are patients or have family that are patients they expect to be treated with the highest care. I personally treat everyone the same and hope to never be unprofessional. I understand people have bad days and other stuff happening around us, but this was the worst service ever. The person that treated my daughter yesterday was horrible I felt bad that I took my child there. Mind you she didn’t notice which is fine I’m actually glad she didn’t. I did notice and I hope to never see her again. She seemed bothered that we were even there her assessment took a matter of maybe a minute or two and never looked at me or acknowledged my daughter as a person. No introduction I mean the list goes on. Hopefully this gets addressed. I hope no one else felt the same.
