They are always there for me, it’s hard to get into your doctors office but you can bet they are available. Love the doctors there, always super service and the wait time isn’t bad at all. Recommend 100%.

Quick and professional!

Good service BUT…We had an appointment in cypress location on Tuesday at 9:15 am. We went in, the receptionist says we are closed no dr on duty. We said we have appointments can we go somewhere else. She goes yes Los Alamitos. I don’t have any morning appointments but I do have 2:15. We took it. Went to our appointment in Los Alamitos. We waited 3 hrs. They forgot me. If my daughter had not gone in first I would have been waiting another hour. The receptionist said oh your next we are waiting for a room. They never called me. Finally 3 hrs later I was seen. That is not cool. If I did not need the Covid test I would have left.
