At our Orlando East Sand Lake clinic, we have a parking lot with wheelchair accessible parking and a wheelchair ramp. We gladly welcome walk-in patients and those who have scheduled ahead online.
People who are injured or sick come to our clinic from all throughout Orlando, Kissimmee, Tangelo Park, Dr. Phillips, and Oak Ridge. When you’re feeling unwell, you can simply walk in for care when you need it most or schedule a same-day or future appointment on our website.

What are your hours of operation?
Our East Sand Lake CareSpot center is open seven days a week from Monday - Friday 7 am to 7 pm Saturday - Sunday 8 am to 5 pm , including night and weekend hours.

Can your urgent care center treat my illness/injury, or do I need to visit the ER?
We can treat most minor illnesses or injuries that are not life- or limb-threatening at our East Sand Lake urgent care center. Is an appointment required for urgent care or wellness services?
An appointment is not necessary to visit our East Sand Lake CareSpot center. Walk-in patients are always welcome, and you also have the option to schedule online in advance to save your spot in line.
What do I need to bring when visiting the East Sand Lake CareSpot urgent care center?
Please bring a Photo ID (such as a passport, driver’s license, or student identification card) – and if you have insurance, your most up-to-date insurance card. The team at our East Sand Lake urgent care center will do their best to verify your insurance at the time of arrival. If this is not possible, they will collect an estimated amount up front and send a bill for the remainder following the visit.
